We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school on the Wirral that is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child in Year 1.

The Role
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 1
- Supporting the child’s learning, communication and emotional development throughout the school day
- Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team to implement personalised support strategies
- Encouraging confidence, independence and positive engagement in learning
- Building a strong, trusting relationship to help the child achieve their full potential
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience supporting children within a primary school or SEND setting
- Experience supporting children with communication difficulties is essential
- A calm, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, committed and passionate about making a positive difference
