We are looking for Structural Engineers with two to three years’ post graduate experience in structural design to join our growing team in Uxbridge, Greater London.
Your New Role:
Joining our team as a Structural Engineer, you will design for all types of building structures, under the supervision of a Director. You’ll be responsible for the preparation of associated AutoCad structural drawings, calculations and provide support to the Directors. Additionally, you’ll provide assistance with site inspections where required.
What You Will Need:
The successful Structural Engineer will have a Degree in Structural Engineering with two to three years’ post graduate experience. A general understanding of building structures and materials including steel, masonry, concrete and timber.
- Recent experience of detailed design for a variety of Structural Projects, with the ability to manage time and work to strict deadlines.
- Industry standard structural design software such as TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer 19.
- Understanding of British Standards and Eurocodes.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
- Commitment to producing high quality work and to promoting the reputation of the company.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- In possession of, or working towards Chartership of the Institution of Structural Engineers or the Institution of Civil Engineers.
