We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure and application delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization (Docker), Kubernetes orchestration, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and GCP), and DevSecOps practices within regulated environments such as banking and financial services.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or Azure Monitor.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery and release management.
Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Your Skills:
- Prime Responsibilities Lead and mentor the team in implementing and optimizing Kubernetes for application orchestration ensuring scalability and reliability
- Design build and maintain robust CICD pipelines using tools like GitLab preferred or Jenkins to streamline development and deployment workflows
- Deploy and manage cloud environments IBM Cloud preferred and utilize infrastructure as code IaC technologies like Terraform for efficient resource provisioning
- Develop automation scripts using Linux Shell and Python to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Secondary Skills
- Administer configure and maintain WebSphere Application Server for high availability and performance
Collaborate on build and release processes for mobile applications Android iOS ensuring seamless deployment and updates
