Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our established business working across the Northwest in commercial and new domestic sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality work. The standard contracted hours are 40 per week with potential for overtime. JIB rated pay along with a company van.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical installation, maintenance, service, breakdown, repair, and fault-finding
Inspection, testing, and certification of electrical systems
Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards
Maintain accurate records of works completed and materials used
Troubleshooting electrical faults safely and efficiently, implementing effective solutions
Essential Requirements
Relevant NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds
BS 7671 18th Edition Amendment 2
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable
Current JIB Card or ability to be graded
ECS Gold Card
IPAF and/or PASMA
