**Job Summary:**
Sous Chef that can operate effectively in a busy, high volume restaurant working alongside the Head Chef and other members of the team. Capable of stepping up and covering for the Head Chef and running the pass. Scottish focused restaurant for both cuisine and decor, food cooked fresh and have a Josper grill.

**Duties:**
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory levels
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute events and special menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
**Skills:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff effectively
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
