We are looking for a proactive, professional and flexible Stores Operative to join our growing team at Beagle Aircraft. The ideal candidate will be able to keep up with the fast paced Service Level Agreement for the needs of manufacturing, procurement and accounts, and be able to commit to the 'throughput' expectations of the business.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Syspro (ERP System) transaction of all store’s functions including paperwork & associated documentation.
- Booking stock to sales.
- Maintaining Tools Stores to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Booking from inspection to stock.
- Labelling, packaging, sealing etc.
- Receiving & despatching goods in/out, including the booking for sheet metal material.
- Audit & or cycle parts / stock.
- Working to FIFO, monitoring shelf lives etc.
- Ensuring stores facility is clean, tidy & organised ref WPO/5s activities.
- Transporting goods to customers, within required timeframes, occasionally with out of hours, including overnight stays.
- Assisting with stock takes and other stock control activities.
- Any other associated duties as required as a store’s operativee
Experience and Key Skills Required
- Aerospace manufacturing or similar strict & traceable store environment.
- Computer literate.
- Stores / warehousing processes.
- Literate & numerate.
- Good communication skills.
- Full, clean driving licence (held for at least 3 years).
- Forklift Truck License
- Experience with ERP systems
