- Prepare and deliver reports for commercial and operations teams, offering insights and highlighting trends within the existing and potential merchant base.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance the merchant experience with the product.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the client’s portfolio.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships, supporting smooth onboarding and ongoing product satisfaction.
- Educate merchants on how the cash advance solution can benefit their business operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for account management queries related to the cash advance, addressing merchant needs with efficiency and care.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by ensuring all required merchant information is collected and shared with the appropriate teams.
- Assist merchants in updating settlement account details within the necessary systems.
- Train partners on the benefits of the cash advance solution — both as a tool for merchants and a revenue opportunity for partners.
- Follow up with merchants who show initial interest but have yet to proceed, ensuring every opportunity is explored.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management, ideally within the payments or SME funding industries.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across various channels — including email, phone, messaging platforms, and face-to-face meetings.
- A problem-solving mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
- Confidence in interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, thriving both independently and within a team.
- A strategic approach to product distribution and go-to-market planning.
- A willingness to become a product expert, able to answer queries and guide merchants with confidence (full training provided).
- A proactive, persuasive approach to selling, with a genuine passion for matching products to business needs.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make a tangible impact, helping merchants access financial products that fuel their growth.
