We are looking for someone who enjoys working as a team and excels in communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to form professional relationships quickly with a background in customer Service and the transport industry.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This important and varied role will see you working with the team to support us in giving the premium service our customers rely on
Working closely with colleagues, you will also be responsible for:
· Pre-planning of service bookings
· Liaising with customers with ongoing works
· Assist with campaign and recall bookings
· Signing off paperwork
· Invoicing- Warranty, Contract, Retail & Internal
· Raising Jobcards
· Scanning of all job cards and related paperwork as required
· Obtain customer order numbers.
· Customer invoice query handling
· Vehicle Scheduling
· Defect/Work Quotation
· Assist with parts.
· Making sure customer areas are clean & tidy
· Any other duties related to the post.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Previous experience of working within the commercial vehicle industry and/or a service role would be preferred.
- Confident and well organised with the ability to work well as part of a team as well as on their initiative and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literate with a good knowledge of using Microsoft Office particularly Word & Excel.
- A flexible work approach to Month End
- A full and current UK driving Licence.
Hours will be varied but will be between the hours of 7am-7pm. Every other Saturday 7-12. Shifts will be discussed at interview stage. Pay will be dependent on experience.
