Overview
We are seeking a Property Sales Negotiator to join our busy and growing Estate Agency in Levenshulme, Manchester, M19. You will be responsible for dealing with the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction for buyers and sellers alike
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and provide information about listings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Maintain an organised database of properties and client information.
- Prepare marketing materials to promote properties effectively
- Provide administrative support including managing appointments and correspondence
We are offering a good basic salary of £25,000 with the potential for you to earn in excess of £35,000/£40,000. You must be a car owner and must have 1+ years of Estate Agency experience.
