Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Based in Chippenham, covering Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire
Salary: £25,776.89 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week (7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30 to 3pm on Fridays)

We re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, helping to maintain and enhance GreenSquareAccord-owned land across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. From playing fields and landscaped areas to a variety of horticultural tasks, you ll play an important role in keeping our communities looking their best.
Working as part of a supportive team, you ll carry out daily grounds maintenance duties as directed by the Grounds Maintenance Manager while following safe working practices and team risk assessments. You ll also work closely with colleagues across Housing, Commercial, Responsive Maintenance and Empty Homes teams.
What we re looking for:
Experience in grounds maintenance or horticultural
Experience using strimmer s and ride-on mowers
A full UK driving licence (shared van available)
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Even better if you have:
PA1 and PA6 Qualifications
COSHH Training and/or Certificates
NPCT Safe use of brush cutters and strimmers
