Job Summary
We are a firm of solicitors with 8 offices across Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Berkshire and over 100 staff in total.
We have a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to join our Windsor office in our client services team and be a valued part of this friendly, professional and dynamic firm .
We would like someone who has a minimum of three years experience in a client services role and an interest in legal services.
The Client Services Assistant will:
- Be the first point of contact for all clients attending our Windsor office. Welcoming our clients in a warm but professional manner.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and prospective clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Interact with clients and others by telephone, email and in person.
- Assist with administrative jobs

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A warm but professional manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
