Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring service excellence across all departments
- Support guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards of hospitality
- Help manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes accurately and efficiently
- Promote a positive team environment by motivating staff and fostering professional development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies at all times
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred; familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with guests and team members
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality management software or reservation systems is desirable
