Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our vibrant Veeno franchise wine bar & restaurant in Northallerton. NEW OPENING OVER THIS SUMMER
This role is vital in ensuring exceptional service, managing daily operations, and fostering a passionate team committed to our mission of delivering authentic Italian wine experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the wine bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality in wine selection, food offerings, and service.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement training programs to improve team performance.
- Foster a welcoming environment that reflects Veeno’s values of authenticity and excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of Italian wines or passion for wine culture is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with sales growth strategies is desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Customer-focused mindset with a flair for creating memorable experiences.
