Job Title: Delivery Driver C1 with Tacho Card
Hourly Rate: £15.31
Contracted Hours: 40 Hours per week, (05:00-15:45) with different shift patterns available :
- Friday-Monday
- Saturday-Tuesday
- Sunday- Wednesday
- Wednesday-Saturday
Reporting to: Transport Manager.
**You will be required to drive from Southampton to London as part of this role**
Duties
- Drive a CLF van safely and responsibly on scheduled delivery routes ensuring that customers are kept informed of ETAs and delays.
- Keep the vehicle fuelled, clean and properly maintained including pre and post-delivery checks and Health & Safety procedures.
- Report any issues to our Transport Department
- Ensure that, as a representative of CLF Distribution, you are courteous and respectful of our customers and follow company procedures.
- Promote CLF and its products and services
- Undertake any necessary driver training which will be supported by CLF
Skills
- Able to drive confidently and safely in and around London
- Must be able to lift 25kg totes to unload your vehicle at point of delivery
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Van driving experience is essential
- Must hold a clean driving license
- Must hold a valid C1 license
- Friendly, helpful and focused with good communication skills
- Must have Valid Tacho Card
