Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, biab, basic nails design
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their treatments.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance the overall client experience.
Skills
- Proficient in makeup application is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
