Overview We are recruiting a Lead Arborist Climber to join our domestic tree-work division. This role suits an experienced climber looking for high-quality work, modern equipment, and the opportunity to expand into machinery operations and management responsibilities. Relocation support, bonuses and accommodation options are available for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities Lead climbing operations on domestic tree work including dismantles, reductions, crown work and technical rigging Operate large machinery where required such as Magni Roto, excavators and grapple saw attachments Oversee on-site safety, sequencing and team coordination Maintain professional client interaction and uphold company standards Undertake optional management days for planning, quoting and job preparation Mentor junior climbers and support team development Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures

Requirements Proven experience as a lead climber in domestic arboriculture Strong technical rigging and dismantling skills NPTC/LANTRA qualifications (CS30/31/38/39 minimum) Ability to manage on-site operations and uphold safety standards Good communication skills and professional client interaction Machinery experience beneficial but not essential (training provided)
