We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Support Assistant to join our team at Beeches Park on a full-time basis. This rewarding role is all about making a real difference to the lives of children who need extra support, ensuring every child has the best possible start in their learning journey.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting children with additional needs to access learning and development opportunities.
- Working closely with the nursery team, parents, and external professionals to create tailored strategies.
- Encouraging independence, communication, and confidence through play-based learning.
- Ensuring all activities meet the individual needs of the child.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential)
- A nurturing, patient and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a supportive team and build strong relationships with families.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting the wellbeing of every child.
