Head Chef at The Hatfield Hotel, Lowestoft
We are looking to recruit an experienced chef to work alongside the GM to ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant, Terrace Bar and functions, optimising its revenue and profit. The Hatfield Hotel is a popular modern, yet cosy seaside destination sporting fantastic views overlooking the promenade and seaside.
You will need to have experience in a senior level within a similar operation, be able to manage a team and work collaboratively with the General Manager.
As Head Chef you will be a hands-on Chef, working with the team you will be a strong leader who will motivate, show consistency and ability and ensure customers have a great food offering.
This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to join The Hatfield, we are seeking a Head Chef that can utilise the location and create simple yet modern fresh dishes.

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
