The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters, while supporting the continued growth of the Knutsford office. The day-to-day duties within this Conveyancing Solicitor job include:
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion independently
Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
Delivering high-quality legal advice tailored to client needs
Maintaining excellent levels of client care and communication throughout transactions
Ensuring files are progressed efficiently with strong attention to compliance and risk management
Maintaining strong billing discipline and awareness of financial performance
Supporting business development and networking activities to grow the client base

This Conveyancing Solicitor job in Knutsford would suit an experienced and proactive Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who is confident managing their own workload and delivering a high standard of service.
You will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential conveyancing experience
- Ideally 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience, with the ability to work independently
