Working Hours: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30 am to 2.00 pm Friday

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Aluminium Fabricator to join our busy Aluminium Team at our premises in Farlington, Portsmouth, Hampshire. You will be part of the production and assembly of quality aluminium products through machining and tooling processes.
The job role involves:
· Fabrication, including hanging, beading, and gasketing of Aluminium frames, ie doors, windows, curtain wall, and shop fronts.
· Working to and achieving daily production targets and deadlines in-line with manufacturing schedules.
· Using various items of machinery, ie punch tools, mitre saw, copy router, and pillar drill.
· Carrying out checks to ensure quality standards are met and strictly adhered to.
· Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised workstation area.
· Following all company health and safety rules and procedures.
Reporting to the Aluminium Supervisor and General Manager.
Essential Skills & Experience
· Previous experience and a positive attitude.
· Experience with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
· Good understanding and awareness of Health & Safety practices and procedures.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently using own initiative, as well as part of a team, with good communication and organisational skills.
· Hardworking with a strong work ethic and the ability to work to deadlines to meet the Company’s targets and business needs.
· Very good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
· Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach.
