About you

Extensive experience managing end-to-end payroll operations within a high-volume environment

Deep knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and compliance standards

Proven experience leading or mentoring payroll teams

Strong proficiency with payroll and HR systems, plus advanced Excel skills

What you'll do

Lead the delivery of multiple payrolls including monthly and weekly

Ensure all payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, in line with legal requirements

Manage complex payroll matters, including manual calculations and cross-border tax considerations

Oversee pension scheme transactions, contributions, and reporting in accordance with regulations
