About the Role
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porters to join our busy kitchen team at Ashvale Farm Shop & Tearoom.
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs efficiently by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and supporting our chefs with the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping the kitchen, wash-up area and food preparation areas clean and tidy.
- Assisting with deliveries and storing stock correctly.
- Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required.
- Emptying bins and following all cleaning schedules.
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
