Mosaic 1898 are seeking a compassionate and experienced female carer with extensive dementia care experience to support a service user in their own home. The role involves assisting with personal care, supporting with community outings, and providing companionship.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist with personal care including:
- Support with community outings and activities
- Help with shopping and related tasks
- Support with medication management if required
- Provide support with moving and handling, including hoisting assistance if necessary
- Assist with transporting the service user in/out of the car, including packing and unpacking
Additional Notes:
- A female carer is preferred for personal care and companionship.
- The role emphasises dementia care experience, patience, and understanding.
- This role is for 15 hours per week at an hourly rate of £16.23.
- Please note, this role does not support sponsorship applications as it does not meet current Home Office criteria.

To provide assistance at the right time, enabling the employer to lead an independent lifestyle within their community. The PA should understand their role to support the self-defined needs of their disabled employer, ask questions, and follow instructions carefully.
