Job Summary

Duties
- Welcome visitors and guests with enthusiasm, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Manage daily front desk operations, including answering inquiries, directing visitors, and maintaining a professional environment
- Develop engaging social media content that highlights events, promotions, and daily activities to grow our online community
- Curate visual and written content for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter, aligning with brand voice and style
- Coordinate with team members to plan and promote special events or campaigns through social media channels
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments or messages promptly, and foster positive interactions with followers
- Maintain a clean, organized front of house area that reflects our brand’s energetic vibe
Skills
- Strong public relations skills with the ability to create positive impressions and build lasting relationships
- Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics interpretation
- Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, professional, and approachable in all interactions
- Creative mindset with an eye for photography, videography, and storytelling that captures attention
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms’ best practices and emerging trends
- Basic knowledge of digital editing tools or apps is a plus
