BET Agency is recruiting an exceptional Skincare Expert / Beauty Therapist to represent one of the UK’s fastest-growing skincare brands within John Lewis Cambridge.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely loves skincare, understands ingredients and skin health, and thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Beauty Therapist and/or experienced skincare specialist
- Passionate about science-backed, results-driven skincare
- Confident carrying out detailed skincare consultations and recommending personalised routines
- Naturally warm, engaging and exceptional with customers
- Commercially aware and motivated to achieve strong sales results
- Proactive and self-motivated — someone who creates opportunities rather than waiting for customers to approach
- Professional, reliable and confident representing a premium skincare brand
- Experienced within beauty retail, luxury retail, clinics or professional skincare
You’ll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, introducing new customers to the brand, delivering expert skincare advice and helping to grow an exciting skincare business within John Lewis Cambridge.
3 days per week and 1 day per week — ongoing opportunity
Full brand training will be provided.
