Due to continued growth and increased demand, we are looking for an experienced Artificial Grass Installation Team Leader to join our team.
We specialise in high-quality artificial grass installations across Somerset and the South West. With over 25 years of experience, a strong reputation for excellent workmanship, and projects completed for a range of private clients — including several professional rugby players — we are looking for someone who can help us maintain our standards while supporting the continued growth of the business.
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone with strong landscaping and artificial grass installation experience who can lead from the front, manage jobs on site, and help motivate a small but growing team.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading artificial grass installation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the installation team on site
- Carrying out high-quality artificial grass installations
- Communicating clearly with customers, management, and other contractors
- Planning jobs with management before work begins
- Managing materials, tools, vehicles, trailers, and site cleanliness
- Solving problems quickly and professionally if issues arise
- Keeping projects running smoothly and minimising delays
- Making sure all work is completed safely, neatly, and to the company’s standards
About You
We are looking for someone reliable, skilled, and motivated, with pride in their workmanship. You should be confident dealing with customers, able to manage a team, and capable of making sensible decisions on site.
The ideal candidate will have strong landscaping experience, artificial grass installation knowledge, and the ability to take responsibility for projects without needing constant supervision.
