Crescent Pharma Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our Early Shift team at our new Sheffield distribution centre.
This is a permanent, full-time role within a fast-growing UK pharmaceutical company, where you’ll help ensure essential medicines are accurately picked and dispatched to wholesalers across the UK. Your work directly supports patients, pharmacies, and the NHS.
Pay & Hours
- Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per year
- No weekend working
- Shift pattern:
- Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 15:00
Initial training may require temporary day shifts (08:00 – 17:00).
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and despatching pharmaceutical products accurately
- Meeting daily order deadlines and turnaround targets
- Using hand-held scanners and electronic stock systems
- Maintaining full product traceability and accurate records
- Following Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and health & safety standards
- Supporting efficient warehouse organisation and storage
- Working as part of a reliable and collaborative team
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Previous warehouse experience; 3 Years Previous experience in a warehouse environment, 2 Years Picking and Packing.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Basic IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Forklift Truck experience or licence
- Experience using warehouse management systems
Training will be provided for the right candidates.
