Role Overview
Premium Staff Ltd is seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Office Administrator & Business Support Executive to support the day-to-day running and growth of the business.
This is a varied role covering administration, payroll support, recruitment support, client liaison, business development, public relations, compliance, marketing, and general office operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the agency whilst helping identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
* Manage daily office operations and administration.
* Maintain accurate staff and client records.
* Organise electronic filing systems and company documents.
* Manage company emails and correspondence.
* Update and maintain company databases.
* Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Payroll & Finance Support
* Process weekly timesheets.
* Assist with payroll preparation and checking.
* Use Sage for invoicing and financial administration.
* Create and send client invoices.
* Monitor timesheet submissions and outstanding documents.
* Assist with payment reconciliations and record keeping.
Staff Coordination
* Manage agency work phones.
* Contact staff regarding shifts and availability.
* Handle shift bookings and confirmations.
* Maintain staff records and compliance documents.
* Support recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
Client Relationship Management
* Liaise with existing care homes, hospitals and healthcare providers.
* Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
* Follow up on enquiries and service requests.
* Resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.
* Conduct regular client satisfaction checks.
Business Development
* Identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
* Contact care homes, hospitals, supported living providers and healthcare organisations.
* Generate leads through networking, research and outreach.
* Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
* Promote Premium Staff services to potential customers.
* Support tender and framework application opportunities.
Public Relations & Marketing
* Assist with company marketing campaigns.
* Maintain and update social media platforms.
* Support the creation of promotional materials.
* Help improve brand awareness within the healthcare sector.
* Engage with online enquiries and business opportunities.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Maintain compliance records.
* Ensure staff documentation remains up to date.
* Support audits and quality assurance processes.
* Assist with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor training and certification expiry dates.
IT & Systems
The successful candidate will be expected to use and manage:

Pay: £12.21-£16.13 per hour
