Executive Cars Group are seeking additional chauffeurs to join our team.
Executive Cars provide executive ground transportation to a range of industries including corporate travel, aviation, aerospace, production and sport . This role involves transporting clients safely and comfortably to various destinations while ensuring punctuality and discretion.
As an Executive Cars Chauffeur, you will be a key representative of our organisation, embodying professionalism at all times. Due to the nature of our business, unsociable hours and weekends are a requirement.
Duties
- Safely operate executive vehicles, ensuring the comfort and security of passengers during journeys
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and client schedules
- Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle, including regular checks on oil, tyres, and other essential components
- Assist clients with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, offering courteous support as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times
- Keep accurate records of trips undertaken, including mileage and destinations
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules and address any special requests or requirements
- Perform light administrative tasks related to vehicle management or scheduling as required
Skills
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably with commercial driving or delivery driver background
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; experience with luxury or executive vehicles is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for luggage or equipment handling
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions
- Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and alternative pathways to ensure punctuality
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills to identify issues early and coordinate repairs when needed
- Organised with the ability to plan routes efficiently and manage schedules effectively
- Uttlesford Private Hire Licence
