We're looking for a reliable cleaner to attend a student property in Manchester (Withington area) every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas (kitchen, living room, and shared bathrooms).
Details:
- Location: Manchester (near Withington/Fallowfield)
- Frequency: Fortnightly
- Duties: General cleaning of communal spaces — vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, emptying bins, etc.
- Pay: £60-£70
- Time required: Approximately 2/2.5 hours per visit
The tenants are responsible students who keep the property in good order — this role is simply to help maintain the communal areas to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise all designated communal areas including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within allocated timeframes.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect for clients’ property at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning or related roles is preferred
- Good communication skills in English to interact effectively with us
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, respectful attitude towards the students that will be living in the property
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled appointments
