We are seeking an early-rising Breakfast Chef to prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes that set the tone for our guests’ day.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast items to order and in buffet service

Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene

Set up and stock the kitchen before service begins

Monitor and control food waste and portion sizes

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety at all times

Follow allergen and dietary requirement procedures

Work efficiently during peak breakfast hours

Coordinate with the front-of-house team on guest requests
