Wrong Fuel Recovery Technician
Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our growing wrong fuel recovery service team. The role involves attending customer vehicles where incorrect fuel has been added, providing professional assistance, and helping customers get back on the road safely.
No previous experience is required as full training and support will be provided. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer locations to provide wrong fuel assistance
- Drain and remove incorrect fuel from vehicles safely
- Refuel vehicles with the correct fuel type when required
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain the work being carried out
- Complete job reports and update company systems
- Maintain company equipment and ensure safe working practices
- Work independently while managing daily call-outs efficiently
Requirements
- Must currently be living in the UK
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
- Willingness to learn and complete training
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Pay: £40,000.00-£53,153.89 per year
