We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful Welwyn Garden City office as a result of continued success and the need to expand.
This role is ideal for an experienced negotiator looking to take the next step in their career. You'll have the opportunity to develop into an exceptional valuer, learning how to value property honestly, accurately and with the client's best interests at the heart of every conversation.

Unlike many estate agencies, this role offers genuine freedom and responsibility. Rather than simply booking viewings or agreeing sales, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with your own clients from the very first enquiry, carrying them through viewings, negotiations and all the way to an agreed sale. We believe this leads to better communication, stronger client relationships and ultimately better results.
What we're looking for
We're not necessarily looking for someone who already values property.
Experience can be taught. Integrity, honesty and work ethic cannot. We'd rather employ an outstanding negotiator with the right values than an experienced valuer with the wrong ones.
We're looking for someone who genuinely believes in honesty over conversion, quality over shortcuts and hard work over quick wins. Someone who enjoys helping people, wants to build long-term relationships with clients and takes pride in doing the job properly.
Ideally you'll have:
At least 2–3 years' experience in residential estate agency.
A proven track record as a successful Sales Negotiator.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A professional, organised and proactive approach.
The ambition to become an outstanding valuer.
Good local knowledge of Welwyn Garden City and the surrounding area, or the desire to build it quickly.
A full UK driving licence and your own car.
Please note this is a mileage role. Business mileage is paid at 45p per mile and a company car is not provided.
What you'll receive
Basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience.
Realistic OTE of £45,000 to £50,000, with genuine opportunity to exceed this.

Full training and mentoring to become a confident and successful valuer.
Commission paid while you're on holiday.
20 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
One in three Saturdays, 9:00am–5:00pm.
