Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by an established managing agent on a brand new role in the business, our client are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a key client portfolio as well as a small team of PMs. Core responsibilities:
- Detailed oversight of a brand new, large mixed-use scheme in central London, as well as key client liaison on behalf of a team of property managers.
- Full oversight of complex section 20 major works for your portfolio, liaising with contractors and surveyors
- Setting and managing multi-schedule service charge budgets with your accounts team
- Attend site visits, regularly meeting with clients and stakeholders
- Monitoring your team’s performance, helping out when possible and being the first point of call for escalated issues/queries.
This is an exciting new role within the business, and one that will offer long term progression working closely with the Property Management Director. The following skillset/qualifications are required:
- Extensive experience in Block Management, ideally within the Central London market, with exposure to complex HRBs.
- ATPI/MTPI qualifications are very much preferred, but applicants without this will be considered.
- A proven track record overseeing other members of staff, either at Admin, APM or PM level.
- Excellent client relationships skills, able to build repour quickly.
- Previous experience with large & complex sites preferred
- An impressive attention to detail
