Demolition / Rip-Out Operatives (Self-Employed)
We are currently looking for experienced Self-Employed Demolition / Rip-Out Operatives to join our team for ongoing projects.
Location: Flintshire
Rate: £130 per day
Employment Type: Self-Employed / CIS
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own vehicle to travel to sites
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction, demolition, or rip-out works
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
Duties:
- Soft strip and rip-out works
- Removal of fixtures, fittings, and non-structural elements
- Site clearance and waste management
- Assisting with demolition activities as required
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
