Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

Heart of Supply is looking to hear from experienced Year 2 Teachers and KS1 Primary Teachers as we prepare to support our partner primary schools across Louth for the new academic year.
We regularly receive requests for Year 2 Teachers to provide day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term teaching support. Whether you're looking for greater flexibility, a better work-life balance or your next KS1 teaching opportunity, we'd love to get to know you ahead of September.
We're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable and reliable Primary Teachers with experience teaching Year 2 and Key Stage 1 (KS1). You'll be confident delivering the Year 2 curriculum, creating engaging learning environments, managing behaviour positively and building strong relationships with pupils and staff.

What you will need
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
- A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across KS1
- Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
- The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
- Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
- A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
