The Role Overview
ThinkEngine is looking for a driven, agile, and strategic individual to join our award-winning team as an Operations & Growth Executive. This is a high-impact, highly varied position where you will work directly alongside the Managing Director, Leadership Team and business departments to power the next phase of our growth.
If you thrive on variety and want a seat at the table across every facet of a scaling business, this role was built for you. One day you might be driving key partnership communications or shaping internal marketing strategy, and the next you could be supporting the planning behind the rolling out a new software, co-ordinating operations for retained client and projects and optimising internal operational workflows.
You’ll act as a true operational support to our team - helping translate leadership vision into execution while keeping the engine running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Your role is dynamic and structured around five core pillars of business growth and operation:
1. Strategic Growth & Partnership Management
· Partnership Engagement: Support communication with strategic partners, co-ordinating joint initiatives, co-marketing opportunities, and ecosystem relationship management. Including major sports and charitable partners.
· Growth Initiatives: Assist the MD with lead generation, research, lead list building, campaign strategy, and tracking new business pipelines.
· Sustainability & CSR Initiatives: Support the business with annual sustainability and charity initiatives.
2. Operational & Leadership Support
· Leadership Right-Hand: Partner with the MD and leadership team to organise priorities, manage key schedules, prepare high-level agendas, and track leadership action items.
· Special Operational Projects: Lead and assist with internal cross-functional projects aimed at scaling business capability.
· Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate internal workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing smarter ways of working.
3. Internal Marketing & Brand Strategy
· ThinkEngine Marketing: Take ownership of ThinkEngine’s internal marketing channels—managing social media, creating brand assets (using tools like Canva/Adobe), and building internal campaigns to boost our agency presence.
· Group Promotion: Design and execute internal marketing initiatives for both ThinkEngine and our sister companies.
4. Technology, Software & Automation
· Tech Stack Optimisation: Help evaluate and test internal software projects (CRMs, project management platforms, communication tools).
· Automation Workflows: Build and refine automated workflows to save team hours and streamline operational handoffs.
5. Project & Internal Administration
· Traffic & Resource Coordination: Help track project timelines and resource allocation across teams to keep delivery seamless.
· Core Administration: Oversee key day-to-day operations, including minor financial prep (expenses, invoicing co-ordination) and supporting the leadership team with proof reading client projects.

· Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills, comfortable liaising with senior directors, partners, and external stakeholders.
· Adaptable & Versatile: Highly organised with the ability to context-switch effortlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
· Creative Eye: Basic creative asset creation skills (Canva / Adobe Suite) and a good grasp of modern digital/content trends.
· Interest in Marketing & Technology - including learning how SEO, GEO and PPC function, Website Design, Technology & AI, Automation, Email Marketing, Digital Strategy etc
Desirable Skills & Attributes

- Highly Organised: You naturally bring structure to chaos. You are dependable, punctual, and can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Tech Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office/365 and MacOS. Experience with a Website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Wix etc) and design tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe) is highly desirable.
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal English, comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Proactive Attitude: You don't wait to be told what to do; you spot problems and suggest solutions. You aren't afraid to challenge us with new ideas.
- Discretion: As an EA, you will handle sensitive business information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Hunger to Learn: You are enthusiastic about AI, automation, and the future of digital marketing.
