Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Growth & Partnership Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract.
The Growth & Partnership Manager will be responsible for driving sustainable growth of the domiciliary care business through the development of new care packages, building relationships with key referral sources, promoting the organisation's services, and increasing private and commissioned care hours.
The role will predominantly focus on the sales and growth of the Romsey branch but will support sales and processes across Totton and Lyndhurst, whilst ensuring alignment with the organisation's values and commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales and growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Achieve agreed targets for new client acquisition, care hours and revenue growth.
- Generate leads through networking, community engagement, digital channels and local partnerships.
- Convert enquiries into assessments and new care packages.

- Hospital discharge teams
- GP Practices
- Social workers
- Case managers
- Care brokers
- Solicitors
- Community organisations
- Identify opportunities for new service lines and geographic
Act as an ambassador for the organisation within the local community work to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Attend networking events, exhibitions and community forums. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- A proactive approach with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
