Your new role at Ivolve is calling you!
Come and join our friendly team at our 49 or 59 bed nursing home, supporting people with mental health, dementia, challenging behaviours, learning disabilities, acquired brain Injury and huntington’s disease. It’s secure, rewarding work with full training provided — whether you’re newly qualified or bring years of experience. If you’re kind, compassionate and love making a real difference, we’re already a fan. This is one of those roles where what you do truly matters.
Why join us?
You’ll work alongside a full multi-disciplinary team including Advanced Practitioners, OT, Physio, PBM specialists, SALT, and access to Psychiatry and Psychology support. We focus on helping people live as independently and fully as possible — through rehabilitation, stimulation and meaningful care. Proudly recognised by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years, and winners of the 2026 Health and Social Care Industry Award, we’ve built a culture where people can thrive every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assessing Care Needs: Evaluate each resident's physical, psychological, and social needs and create individualized care plans, ensuring the involvement of the resident, their family, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Providing High-Quality Care: Deliver day-to-day care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being, helping residents to live their best lives.
- Leading a Multidisciplinary Team: Supervise and support the care team, guiding and mentoring staff. You will lead shifts, organize and coordinate staff duties, and assist with staff training and development.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Continually assess care needs and evaluate the care provided. Ensure care plans and records are up-to-date and accurate, striving for the highest standards in everything you do.
- Promoting Independence and Well-being: Work with residents to support rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration, with the goal of maintaining or improving independence and enhancing the quality of life.
- Ensuring a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for both residents and staff, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
