Contracts Manager
Location: Leicester

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing Digital Infrastructure business in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in telecoms, EV infrastructure, civil engineering or construction who is looking to take responsibility for multiple projects and frameworks across a diverse portfolio.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring obligations are met, risks are managed and projects are delivered successfully.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all contractual aspects of projects, including reviewing, negotiating and administering contracts
- Ensuring compliance with client requirements, legal standards and company policies
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Providing contractual advice and support to Project Managers and delivery teams
- Monitoring contract performance, variations, claims and associated documentation
- Identifying and mitigating contractual and project delivery risks
- Reporting to senior leadership on contractual risks, opportunities and financial performance
- Supporting the preparation of tenders, bids and framework agreements
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are reflected within contractual obligations and delivery plans
- Supporting continuous improvement across contract management processes
- Managing confidential and commercially sensitive information
About You
We are looking for someone with proven experience in contract management within telecoms, EV infrastructure, civil engineering, digital infrastructure or a related environment.
You should have:
- Proven Contracts Management or senior project delivery experience
- Experience working across infrastructure, telecoms, civils, EV or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC and other standard forms of contract
- Understanding of cabling, ducting and data network installations
- Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects/contracts simultaneously
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and contract management systems
- SMSTS or equivalent
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
- A full UK driving licence

Pay: £70,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
