We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing local business in the fast paced and demanding survey & safety industry with an excellent working atmosphere for those who strive to succeed.
Duties of the role -
· Clean any instruments that are purchased/brought in by customers
· Service, calibrate and repair instruments/safety equipment
· Support the fully trained service technicians
· Keep warehouse space and calibration room clean and tidy at all times
· Assist in managing fleet management program and communicate with customers to arrange service/calibration booking for equipment
· Ensuring that all items are safe, clean and have been thoroughly checked and certified before hire/sale
· Conducting ad hoc duties as necessary
· Occasionaly collect / Deliver equipment may be required in the company vans
Ideal candidate:-
· Have previous experience within the survey / safety industry is not required as full training will be provided, however the successful candidate will have technical ability
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong IT, literacy and numeracy skills with good Microsoft Office knowledge
· High level of time management and organisational skills
· Full UK driving licence as some travelling is required
· Honest & reliable
This role offers the opportunity for career and pay progression and full training, subjective to a 6 month probationary period.
Salary: £28,000 + Per year depending on experience.
