We are looking for a Chartered Commercial Surveyor to join our team. The role is full and permanent, working 36 hours per week.
We offer flexible working arrangements where the role allows. This role can be based at one of our sites or offices (Wrest Park, at home, or worked on a hybrid pattern. You will be required to attend Wrest Park on a frequent basis (at least 3 days a week) If the majority of your working week will be based at Wrest Park, you will receive a premium on top of the advertised salary. This will be discussed further at interview.

Are you a commercially minded Chartered Surveyor looking to apply your expertise at one of English Heritage's most loved estates Wrest Park?
English Heritage is seeking a Chartered Surveyor, from a commercial or other related pathway background, to manage our commercial estate at Wrest Park and play a key role within the wider Commercial Estates Team at English Heritage.
Working across Wrest Park, and supporting the wider Commercial Estates portfolio, you will provide high quality professional advice on all aspects of estate and asset management. You will help shape and deliver asset management strategies that will maximise commercial opportunities whilst protecting the heritage significance of our sites.
Your commercial decisions will help secure the future of our heritage for generations to come.
Interviews will be held on MS Teams on Monday 17th August and/or Tuesday 18th August with a further second stage interview likely to be in person at Wrest Park the week after.
