We're an independent brewery on the oldest continual brewing site in London — a Grade II listed building. We've been pouring since 2008, and what actually makes a shift here isn't the beer, it's whoever's behind the bar.
## Who we want
No experience needed — none. If the attitude's right, we'll teach you the rest. What we can't teach: the ability to make a stranger feel looked after when you're three deep on a Saturday, or hold a table's attention long enough that they order another round. If that's you, we want to hear from you.
## How we hire
Short application → a chat on the floor, so you can see the place and we can see you in it → a paid trial shift: a real, rota'd shift, paid, no catch.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
