What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing outstanding service.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in a quality hospitality environment
- Experience in a high-end or 1–2 AA Rosette setting is essential
- A genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality
- A guest-first attitude and commitment to exceptional service
- High levels of self-motivation and professionalism
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- For senior team members, the ability to lead by example, coach and support colleagues
