Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Physiotherapists to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide personalised physiotherapy services to clients across various age groups, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and achieve their health goals through tailored treatment plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working in a supportive and professional environment. We will provide all equipment (including accupuncture equipment where required), treatment rooms, booking platforms, and reception cover for a 60/40 or 65/35 split depending on experience. There will also be opportunity for stock commission on our products.
This is a great opportunity for flexible working, we will have our site readily available for you on the following days:
Monday - 8am-5pm
Tuesday - 8am-8pm
Wednesday - 8am-5pm
Thursday - 8am-8pm
Friday - 8am-5pm
Saturday - all day - higher percentage split due to no reception cover
Sunday - all day - higher percentage split due to no reception cover
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including evaluating mobility, strength, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement customized physiotherapy treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
- Utilise manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs to promote long-term health benefits
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans for complex cases or specialised needs
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in a clinical or private practice setting with
- Hospital experience is highly desirable, providing exposure to diverse patient cases and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with pediatric patients (pediatrics) is preferred, demonstrating comfort with treating children of various ages
- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent patient care with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication skills
- Familiarity with assessment tools and treatment modalities used in physiotherapy interventions
You must have:
- HCPC registration
- Recognised physiotherapy degree
- Right to work in the UK
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Enhanced DBS check
