The successful candidate will take responsibility for both marketing and commercial development. You will work closely with management to generate new business, develop client relationships, improve our marketing strategy and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing and commercial strategy.
- Identify new business and property management opportunities.
- Generate leads and develop relationships with property owners, landlords, investors and commercial partners.
- Plan and manage digital, social media, print and local marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and property-sector trends.
- Assist with commercial negotiations, contracts and pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor marketing performance and commercial targets.
- Prepare management reports and recommendations.
- Support the continued expansion of SRC Property Management Ltd.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience in marketing, commercial management, business development or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- A commercially focused and results-driven approach.
- Good organisational and management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and Microsoft Office.
- Property, hospitality or accommodation-sector experience would be advantageous.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable.
What We Offer
Salary: £35,000–£51,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
