Woodlands Animal Sanctuary is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Retail Assistants to join our charity hubs. By working in our shops, you’ll play a vital role in raising funds to support the care, rescue and rehoming of animals in need.
Available Positions
- Chorley Hub – Five days over seven
Hours:
9:00am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment
- Operating the till and handling cash responsibly
- Sorting, pricing and merchandising donated stock
- Maintaining a clean, organised and attractive shop floor
- Supporting volunteers and working as part of a friendly team
- Promoting the mission and values of Woodlands Animal Sanctuary
About You
- Friendly, reliable and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a retail environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about supporting animal welfare and a charitable cause
- Retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
