Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts
- Uphold food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices at all times
- Engage with guests in a professional manner, fostering a welcoming environment
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with knowledge of serving techniques
