Previous experience in childcare and background knowledge (essential at least 6 Month experience). Should have a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and the 7 key areas. Should be able to work as a team leader. Can expect a work place where no two days are the same, need someone who is friendly, patient and innovative and has flexibility with their working hours. Must hold a level 3 qualification in Childcare.
