Working closely with the Registered Manager and field team, you will coordinate care services, manage staff schedules, maintain high standards of person‑centred care, liaise with customers and professionals, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with company policy and CQC requirements, and participate in the on‑call rota.
About The Role
Key responsibilities:

Create and maintain staff rotas using scheduling software

Respond promptly to customer and staff enquiries

Monitor and manage care delivery to ensure service standards

Liaise with customers, families, healthcare professionals and local authorities

Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of care staff

Maintain accurate records and ensure CQC/compliance adherence

Provide emergency cover and resolve scheduling issues

Participate in on‑call rota as required
Essential requirements:

Experience in care coordination, scheduling or care administration

Excellent organisational and time‑management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Good IT skills and experience with scheduling systems

Understanding of domiciliary care and person‑centred practice

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:

Experience in home care or health & social care settings

Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
